Syren Pinot Gris 2013

This wine was made using juice from the same picks and pressings as went into its stable mate, Stonecutter Pinot Gris 2013. The ferment was stopped before reaching dryness, leaving about 15gr/l residual sugar for those who prefer their pinot gris to be sweeter. It has a similar fruit profile to its dry sister and similarly will offer even more as time goes on.
